Program Structure
This weightlifting-focused program is designed to progress through three structured phases that build strength, refine lifting techniques, and increase gym confidence.
Phase 1: Building the Foundation (6 Weeks)
The first six weeks focus on developing foundational strength and mastering essential weightlifting techniques. We start with the basics, so no prior experience is required! Our trainers will work closely with each participant, teaching you safe and effective form to ensure that you feel comfortable with each movement and prepared for the progression ahead.
Phase 2: Recovery Break (1 Week)
After six weeks of lifting, you'll have a one-week break to rest and recover. This pause is essential for muscle recovery, setting you up for continued growth in the next phase.
Phase 3: Building Strength & Confidence (6 Weeks)
The final phase takes your strength training to the next level, focusing on heavier lifts and more advanced techniques. By now, you’ll feel more at home with weightlifting, and our goal is to boost your confidence as you continue to build strength and see the results of your hard work.
