Mum's With Muscles

Mums with Muscles is an 8-week training program designed specifically for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in the gym. Led by expert coach Tina, this small-group program provides the structure and support needed to help you learn proper technique, build strength, and achieve lasting results.


Why 8 Weeks?

Seeing real progress takes time, and 8 weeks is the ideal length to allow your body to adapt, build strength, and develop new skills. Over the course of the program, you will:

  • Improve technique and learn how to lift weights safely and effectively.
  • Increase strength and endurance through structured, progressive workouts.
  • Develop confidence in the gym, making it easier to train independently.
  • See visible changes in your body composition and overall fitness.

This program is limited to just 5 participants, ensuring you receive personalised attention and expert guidance from Coach Tina. With a focus on proper technique and individual progress, you’ll train in a supportive, non-intimidating environment with other like-minded women.
