Mum's With Muscles
Mums with Muscles is an 8-week training program designed specifically for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in the gym. Led by expert coach Tina, this small-group program provides the structure and support needed to help you learn proper technique, build strength, and achieve lasting results.

Seeing real progress takes time, and 8 weeks is the ideal length to allow your body to adapt, build strength, and develop new skills. Over the course of the program, you will:
